The Town of Vienna is home to some 15,000 residents, spread across 4.4 square miles in Fairfax County.
Incorporated as a town in 1890, the sense of community is extremely strong in Vienna and though the town has experienced tremendous growth during the past 30 years, the town has preserved a "small town" feeling.

The community offers easy access to commuting routes, excellent schools, great opportunities for recreation, a wonderful community center, organized athletics, abundant and convenient shopping, great restaurants and a charming historical district located around Church Street.

The Vienna Parks and Recreation Department provides yearly events attended by thousands, including Viva Vienna, a spectacular 4th of July celebration and a Haloween Parade that turns out just about the entire town!
There are more than 18,000 acres of public parklands and over 350 local parks in the surrounding area, providing ample opportunities to fully enjoy Vienna. Recreational facilities provide ballfields, basketball & tennis courts, picnic areas with pavillions and play equipment and easy access to the W&OD trail throughout Vienna.

Vienna is located near Tyson'sCorner, a major emplpoyment and technological area of Northern Virginia. Tyson's Corner also offers a wide variety of shopping and entertainment opportunities. Vienna proper boast many terrific restaurants.
Vienna is proudly home to The Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts which hosts world class performers of every genre.
For commuters and visitors traveling into Washington. D.C., the Vienna & Dunn Loring Metro's are close by and there is easy access to Rt.66 and Rt. 495. Vienna is the first exit "outside of the beltway" on Rt. 66!

Vienna offers a variety of housing prices and styles. The town proper is experiencing a building boom that features many newer homes that have been designed to reflect an earlier era. Porches, veranda's,whimsical trim and turret's can be found in many neighborhood's.
Housing offerings run from modest ramblers to larger, estate style homes and many neighborhoods have have large treed lots.
Condominiums start at around $300,000. Townhouses start at around $355,000. Single family homes start at around $500,000 and go up into the millions.
Some lots are available for custom building, though if well priced they sell very quickly.
